These are verified-purchase observations on the exact Amazon listing, not electrical measurements. Only five ratings were visible; durability evidence is thin.
18 September: smoother power adjustment

Translation: the previous cheaper cooker worked stop–start at low wattages; this one can change power smoothly.

13 September: less obvious cycling than a commercial unit
The owner compared it with a Metro commercial hob. Even at the lowest setting, switching was not noticeable in a boiling-water test. The owner explicitly doubts that it runs continuously at the stated wattage.
Review ID R3HXA8ZRVMGNSZ. This supports smoother cooking, not proof of zero cycling. Another owner says small and medium Turkish coffee pots are not detected.
Decision: a plausible low-cost local trial, not a verified true-inverter purchase recommendation. If non-cycling is non-negotiable before spending, wait for a power-mode measurement or exact Turkish-variant technical confirmation.
CTS has continuous low power, but your 30 cm pot may exceed its limit

Exact maker manual: continuous output in power levels 3–10 (nominal 300–1,800 W); 75 W and 150 W settings cycle. The same manual limits the magnetic base diameter to 145–220 mm and the glass load to 15 kg. Maker product page says cookware up to 260 mm overall. A 300 mm outer-rim pot is outside that advertised maximum; do not call it compatible merely because the cooker body is 308 mm wide.
Eibabo exact model/EAN → Turkey selected: €112.88 plus €40.52 shipping, excluding VAT/import duties. Item entered the cart and guest checkout registration was reachable, then the test cart was emptied. Seller metadata says preorder; supplier stock, delivered import total, and plug shape remain unverified. Amazon Turkey exact ASIN B0842MR88Q is unavailable. Not a buy-now recommendation.
A 30 cm pot is an optional fit check, not a reason to accept power bursts
Measure the flat magnetic bottom diameter separately from the nominal rim width, plus the full pot weight when filled. Check the candidate's approved cookware diameter, supported load, glass/support geometry and control-panel clearance. Do not substitute appliance width or a listed burner diameter for pot approval.
iPlate ALINA 3500 is a promising larger technical design: its maker explicitly claims no pulses from 400–3,500 W, a 360 × 450 mm body, and a metal frame supporting large vessels. Its manual specifies a 100 kg load only when the vessel base is at least 250 mm. The Turkish 3,500 W listing is not established as this exact revision: it says preorder and a research checkout rejected the item. No recommendation until the seller identifies the exact unit and a Turkish checkout passes.
Other locally listed hobs from the horeca and marketplace sweep—including Öztiryakiler BT350 KC, Epinox INO-01, By Kitchen DIC-36, TOKIT 16 mm/9-level, and AMZCHEF 20-level—still lack exact-variant no-burst evidence. Owner wattmeter reports for different AMZCHEF/TOKIT variants are not transferable. Teknogold's Xiaomi listing is from Northern Cyprus, not verified for mainland Turkey; its exact rating-label model was requested via WhatsApp and remains unanswered.
The expensive local listings do not solve the evidence gap

Damıtma Sepeti dst_117: ₺62,100 including VAT, pre-order; claimed continuous 400–3,500 W, but unverified maker/quality and delivery date. Not a buy-now option.
HENDI and Vollrath are removed from the shortlist: no verified Turkey order path. Xiaomi ZHF4020GL is unavailable on its Amazon Turkey listing.
What still needs proving
For the Turkish Philips HD5850/90: minimum continuous wattage, on/off burst amplitude and timing at the lowest settings, and active coil diameter. A Taiwan product with the same suffix is advertised as 110 V / 1,200 W; its inverter wording cannot certify the Turkish 2,000 W unit. Do not transfer regional electrical data.
A practical acceptance test uses a water-loaded suitable pan and a correctly rated plug-in power meter, in manual power mode. Log low and moderate settings; do not test by dry-heating coated cookware. Pan base size and heat spreading remain separate from modulation. The Remta has not been measured, and the cause of the damaged coating is unresolved.
