Translation: the previous cheaper cooker worked stop–start at low wattages; this one can change power smoothly.

13 September: less obvious cycling than a commercial unit
The owner compared it with a Metro commercial hob. Even at the lowest setting, switching was not noticeable in a boiling-water test. The owner explicitly doubts that it runs continuously at the stated wattage.
Review ID R3HXA8ZRVMGNSZ. This supports smoother cooking, not proof of zero cycling. Another owner says small and medium Turkish coffee pots are not detected.
Decision: a plausible low-cost local trial, not a verified true-inverter purchase recommendation. If non-cycling is non-negotiable before spending, wait for a power-mode measurement or exact Turkish-variant technical confirmation.
The proven low-power design is not locally available

Maker manual specifies continuous power from level 3 (nominal 300 W); 75 W and 150 W settings cycle. Independent CamperVans test corroborates low-level behavior.

The expensive local listings do not solve the evidence gap
Caso Pro Menu 2100 / 2224, Enplus: displayed ₺17,999; basket promotion not tested. 12 levels and SmartControl are not proof of non-cycling. Stock claim only; not cart verified.
Damıtma Sepeti dst_117: ₺62,100 including VAT, pre-order; claimed continuous 400–3,500 W, but unverified maker/quality and delivery date. Not a buy-now option.
HENDI and Vollrath are removed from the shortlist: no verified Turkey order path. Xiaomi ZHF4020GL is unavailable on its Amazon Turkey listing.
What still needs proving
For the Turkish Philips HD5850/90: minimum continuous wattage, on/off burst amplitude and timing at the lowest settings, and active coil diameter. A Taiwan product with the same suffix is advertised as 110 V / 1,200 W; its inverter wording cannot certify the Turkish 2,000 W unit. Do not transfer regional electrical data.
A practical acceptance test uses a water-loaded suitable pan and a correctly rated plug-in power meter, in manual power mode. Log low and moderate settings; do not test by dry-heating coated cookware. Pan base size and heat spreading remain separate from modulation. The Remta has not been measured, and the cause of the damaged coating is unresolved.
