Find smooth low heat.
Keep the 3.5 kW ceiling.

The Remta WYL-D42 is already powerful. The missing proof is what it does at 1,000 W and below: actual gentle modulation, or bursts of near-full power separated by silence?

Buying verdict

No buy-now recommendation. HENDI 239698 is the strongest single-zone technical lead, not a verified Turkish order. Its maker expressly claims continuous low-power heat. I found no independent power trace of this SKU and no exact Turkish cart with checkout. A high-wattage label is not the answer.

Start with the HENDI 3500 D XL

Both HENDI variants are rated 3,500 W at 230 V. Their maker says “continuous low-power heating,” unlike the generic claim that a unit is simply fit for continuous commercial duty. That is meaningful but still manufacturer marketing, not a measured waveform.

Single · best technical fit for larger pans · availability unverified

HENDI 3500 D XL · exact SKU 239698

3,500 W · 230 V · flat magnetic base Ø160–300 mm

Maker: uninterrupted heat at gentle settings. Stainless body, dual fan; footprint 390 × 490 mm. A 30 cm pan's flat base, not rim, decides fit. Coil diameter and minimum truly continuous wattage are not published.

No verified Turkey seller, current Turkish price, local warranty, or checkout. EU offers are not Turkish stock. Do not confuse it with SKU 239957, also named 3500 D XL.

Single · smaller footprint · availability unverified

HENDI 3500 D · exact SKU 239711

3,500 W · 230 V · flat magnetic base Ø140–280 mm

Same explicit continuous-low-power claim. Footprint 342 × 431 mm. Prefer the XL if your flat base is above 28 cm; neither pan-compatibility range proves the active coil diameter.

No verified Turkish offer or checkout. The published minimum temperature setting is not a wattage-modulation measurement.

For two zones, the electrical install changes the decision

Double · stronger no-cycling claim · import/installation unresolved

Vollrath InductIQ DUALI-3500FB

Manufacturer specification says patented circuitry makes “steady heat with no power cycling”; two zones rated 3.0–3.5 kW each at 208–240 V. This is more explicit than “continuous-duty.”

29.2 A, US NEMA 6-50 connection and a dedicated circuit. Not a plug-in Turkish domestic replacement.

No verified Turkish seller, cart, local service or independent low-setting trace.

Double by pairing singles · availability unverified

Two HENDI 239698 units

This would preserve the same published low-power claim on both zones instead of assuming an unrelated double model shares the electronics.

At full output, each is about 15.2 A at 230 V; together about 30.4 A. No ordinary shared socket or power strip. Circuit and outlet arrangement must be verified for the site.

Not an immediate buy: neither exact single has Turkish checkout evidence. HENDI 239414 is only 3,500 W total across two zones; HENDI 239346 is 7 kW on 400 V and has no equivalent published gentle-heat claim.

The one Turkish constant-heat listing is pre-order

Damıtma Sepeti “İndüksiyon Ocak 3500 watt”, seller code dst_117 claims constant 400–3,500 W heating in 100 W steps, 235 mm coil, and shows 62,100 TL including VAT on 29 September. Its live page also says ÖN SİPARİŞ (pre-order), gives no identifiable manufacturer/rating-plate verification, and carries zero owner reviews. The generic same-day-dispatch banner does not override pre-order. It is not a confirmed buyable substitute.

Exact-SKU searches on Trendyol, Hepsiburada and n11 did not yield HENDI 239698; one Pazarama browser attempt timed out. This is a bounded search, not proof that no Turkish stock exists.

Why the pan failed is still open

A decisive test before spending: heat a water-loaded induction pan on the Remta at the troublesome setting, and observe the heat pattern and on/off sound. A suitably rated power logger can record input over time, but mains measurement belongs to a qualified person. Ask a HENDI supplier for a real low-setting power trace and the active coil diameter, not merely the word “inverter.”

“Inverter” alone is not a discriminator: induction cookers already use high-frequency inverter electronics. What matters is low-setting modulation without long high-power bursts. Coil geometry and pan load matter separately.
